Start Line Group opened its first doors on Wall Street in the spring of 1999. Founded by three banking veterans with a shared conviction that financial institutions had strayed too far from their customers, the bank was built on a simple premise: treat every client the way you would want your own family to be treated — with honesty, patience, and genuine expertise.

In its first year of operation, the bank surprised industry observers by attracting over 8,000 personal and business clients entirely through word-of-mouth referrals. That early reputation for personal service and integrity remains the cornerstone of everything we do today.
